Why are the amigurumis you make not recommended for toddlers?

While I take great care in making sure my creations are sturdy, toddlers can be rough with toys. The cotton and acrylic blend fibers are hypoallergenic and soft; however, they may not withstand rough play. Additionally, small parts like eyes or noses could become detached, posing a choking hazard. Therefore, my amigurumis are not recommended for toddlers.

When amigurumis are present around toddlers, it is advisable for adults to provide close supervision. This supervision can help prevent accidents and ensure that small parts are not ingested.

The color of the product displayed on my computer screen is not the same as the actual color.

It’s important to note that the color you see on your screen may not be an exact match to the actual color. This is because computer monitors display colors differently. Moreover, everyone perceives colors in their own way. Although I make every effort to ensure accurate photos, I can’t guarantee a perfect color match.

Do the images on the site represent the real products?

Some images on the site are generated with artificial intelligence to enhance the visual experience. These images add creativity and dynamism. However, the photos of the actual products remain authentic and accurately represent what you will receive.

Would it be possible to provide me with a discount on (product)?

Shipping and Delivery

What If I realize the address I provided is incorrect?

Please make sure to verify your address before submitting your order. Unfortunately, I cannot re-ship the package if there is an error in the provided address. Therefore, kindly ensure the address is accurate before proceeding.

Do you know the whereabouts of my package?

Once your order is marked as ‘In transit,’ you can track it. If you encounter any issues, such as loss or theft, rest assured that I am here to assist you. For domestic shipments, please contact USPS; for international shipments, reach out to your country’s postal service. I will support you throughout the process to resolve any concerns.

 

Returns, Cancelations and Refunds

Do you accept returns?

I do accept returns, but only for physical items. These must be returned in good condition within 14 days of delivery. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for digital products.

I would like to request a cancelation and refund for my recent purchase.

Once production starts, all costs are incurred, which means that cancellation is no longer possible at that point. I apologize for any inconvenience, and I appreciate your understanding.
